- Be customer-facing and support passengers during rail disruption
- Communicate clearly and confidently with drivers, control and customers
- Adapt quickly in a live operational environment
What you need to know:
- Shifts include days, nights, weekends and bank holidays
- Full training provided
- No previous experience required – just reliability and a customer-first attitude
