Simon Cursio is Managing Director across First Travel Solutions (FTS) and Specialist Passenger Solutions (SPS), bringing extensive experience in leading large-scale, complex transport operations.
With a strong background in infrastructure and passenger transport, Simon most recently led the SPS operation supporting the construction of Hinkley Point C. During this time, he scaled the operation from around 250 to over 600 colleagues, delivering safe, efficient and reliable transport in one of the UK’s most demanding environments.
A people-focused and commercially driven leader, Simon is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating a culture that puts safety, service and collaboration first. In his role, he is focused on strengthening alignment across FTS and SPS, driving operational excellence and continuing to deliver trusted, scalable transport solutions for clients across the UK.
