First Travel Solutions (FTS) has been named a finalist in the Events & Operations Team of the Year category at the miaList 2026 Awards.
The shortlist recognises the work of the FTS team in delivering complex managed transport operations for clients across the events sector, from major sporting occasions and festivals to conferences and large-scale events.
Behind every successful operation is extensive planning, coordination and teamwork. FTS teams work closely with clients, transport operators and on-the-ground partners to manage everything from routes and vehicle requirements to passenger movements, live operations and contingency planning.
The miaList recognition reflects the team's ability to respond to complex and changing requirements while maintaining a strong focus on safety, service and the passenger experience.
The nomination builds on our experience delivering transport for some of the UK's largest events, with the business continuing to strengthen its position as a trusted managed transport partner for the events and meetings industry.
The miaList 2026 winners will be announced on Wednesday 4 November 2026 at the East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham.
