When will we find out if we have won a discount voucher?
If you are a winner, we will email you directly at the school email address you provided as part of your entry. We will contact you within 7 days of the prize draw closing date.
What prize do we win by entering the prize draw?
The ten lucky winning schools will receive a £1,000 DISCOUNT on a First Education and School Travel residential visits package. This will be discounted form the total cost of a visit and will bring the cost of the trip down for the pupils.
Who will we be booking our trip with?
Your all-inclusive residential package will be delivered by First Education and School Travel - we work in direct partnership with a wide range of venue providers to bring together all aspects of your residential visit package – the package includes return coach travel, accommodation, meals and activities.
Is there a deadline for taking the trip?
If you are lucky enough to win one of our ten £1,000 discount vouchers to use against a FEST residential package you must make your booking ASAP whilst dates remain – the discounted trip must take place before 31st March 2027.
Which venues can I choose from for my prize discount and how many nights will we be away?
We have 7 venues available to choose from – Millport, Ilam Hall, Danbury Outdoors, Langdale, Ravenstor, Preston Montford and Whitby. Check out the locations here.
You should choose a venue within a practical travel distance from school (2 hours travel max). The trip runs midweek across 2 nights / 3 days.
What size group can we can bring as part of the prize if we win?
The minimum group numbers required are 30 pupils + 3 or 4 adults. We can provide trips for larger groups too, depending on availability.
